Agua de jamaica, bissap juice or hibiscus tea, this colorful flower loves to show up in cuisines from all around the world, but rarely appears in a creme brulee.
Yet its tangy, tart, intense flavor mixes perfectly with the sweet and smooth creme brulee custard. The hibiscus leaves, once removed after infusion, give the dessert a beautiful pink hue and will ravish your floral-notes-loving tastebuds.

IMPORTANT TOP SUGAR CRUST INFORMATION!
As with all our cremes brulees, the hard sugar top obtained when we torch your brulees will start melting after a couple hours. If you are a purist, we recommend that you buy the custard only version of our creme brulee (Choose option on the right hand side): we will provide the right sugar, and instructions for you.
